Wayne State University law professor Robert Sedler commented about the fallout from Tuesday\'s general election which will bring changes at all levels of government, according to politicians and political analysts. \"The framers of the Constitution wanted the people that were dissatisfied with the government to have the ability to change it. What we saw on Tuesday was a great deal of dissatisfaction with Congress,\" Sedler said.
